Scientists' constructive initiatives and breakthrough ideas will be always supported, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko said at the Second Congress of Scientists of Belarus in Minsk on 13 December, BelTA has learned.
“Offer bold proposals, suggest breakthrough technologies! All your sensible initiatives will be supported,” the head of state said. He emphasized the importance of the meeting and invited scientists to discuss all the issues on the current agenda.
The output of scientific, technical and innovative products more than doubled in Belarus in the past five years, Belarus President Alexander Lukashenko said at the 2nd Congress of Scientists of Belarus on 13 December, BelTA learned.
Addressing the participants of the biggest intellectual forum in the country, the head of state said that such events should be held more often because Belarus has ambitious goals which can be reached only with the help of science.
